what is mindset coaching?
General life or business coaching helps with goal setting and accountability, but mindset coaching addresses subconscious beliefs affecting behavior and outcomes. It tackles self-sabotage and unhealthy patterns, unlocking areas where you may feel stuck. Mindset coaching isn’t just about achieving goals but also having a healthy perspective from which to view and relate to the world.
what you will be doing.
We adjust our coaching layout and scheduling to meet the needs of each client we work with, but overall, we have found it takes about six months for the brain to solidify new neural pathways.

WE RECOMMEND:
Weekly sessions for the first 1 - 2 months.
-This time will be spent identifying toxic, subconscious beliefs. We recommend this frequency and length so we can fully prepare the brain to release these thought patterns without trauma.
Bi-weekly sessions for the remaining 4 - 5 months
-We establish the healthy beliefs that we develop for each client to replace their toxic patterns.
-We implement and reinforce the new ways of thinking and behaving.
We offer a variety of coaching formats:
In-person or online
Retreats, weekend intensives
Group coaching
-Each session is 2 hours
Private or couples sessions
-1 hour to 90 minutes for each individual session
-2 hours for each couple’s session
Maintenance sessions may be continued after the first 6 months per client’s frequency and duration preference.
