In the last six years of coaching clients, we have noticed that beliefs not only work in three ways, but different people tend to be more strongly or specifically gifted in one of those three areas than the others and I like to categorize these different types almost as specific belief giftings or “personalities.” I break them down into three personality types for each of the ways beliefs work.
